AI JOE AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

By applying to and participating in the AI Joe Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

You will earn a commission of 10% on every payment made by subscribers you refer. This includes the first month payment ($1,497) and every recurring monthly payment ($149.70) for as long as your referral remains an active subscriber. There is no cap on the number of referrals or total earnings.

COOKIE DURATION

Your affiliate link carries a 90-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and becomes a paying subscriber within 90 days of that click, you receive the commission.

PAYOUT MINIMUM

Commissions are paid monthly through PayPal. Your account balance must reach $100.00 in a calendar month to trigger a payout. Any balance under $100.00 carries forward to the following month automatically.

RECURRING COMMISSIONS

Affiliates earn commissions on all billing events generated by their active referrals, including monthly recurring charges, for as long as those referrals remain paying subscribers. Recurring commissions are not subject to suspension based on affiliate inactivity.

INACTIVITY AND BONUS ELIGIBILITY

Affiliates who have not generated a new referred subscription within any rolling 90-day period are considered inactive for purposes of bonus tiers and volume incentives only. Inactive affiliates remain eligible for all recurring commissions on existing referrals. Bonus tier eligibility resumes automatically upon the next qualifying new referral.

SUBSCRIBERS

Current AI Joe subscribers may participate in the affiliate program. You will not earn commissions on your own subscription payments.

PROMOTIONAL CONDUCT

You may promote AI Joe using the claims and information contained on the official AI Joe sales page and the creative materials provided in the affiliates section. You may not make representations or guarantees about AI Joe beyond what is described in the sales page and the creative materials in the affiliates section. Misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized promotional claims are grounds for immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

PAYMENTS

All affiliate commissions are processed through PayPal on a monthly basis. You are responsible for providing accurate PayPal payment information and for any fees or taxes applicable to payments you receive.

TERMINATION

Joe Mastriano PC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the AI Joe brand or its subscribers. Termination for cause results in forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

MODIFICATIONS

Joe Mastriano PC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program following notice of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

By submitting your affiliate application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
